Mission: To promote unity, sisterhood, and encouragement among women anglersโon and off the waterโno matter the skill level.
Vision: A thriving community of women who inspire, support, and empower each other while making fishing accessible, inclusive, and fun.
Marine Equity Alliance (MEA)
Mission: To empower underserved and minority youth through marine education, conservation, and fishing access, using STEM-based programs that build confidence and curiosity.
Vision: A future where Black and minority youth see themselves represented in marine and fishing industries, leading as conservationists, scientists, and lifelong stewards of the water.
Hook & Bloom Bait & Tackle
Mission: To blend style, self-care, and fishing by creating feminine-flair tackle, apparel, and outdoor gear that celebrates women anglers.
Vision: A boutique experience where women feel seen, stylish, and empowered on and off the water, supported by workshops, products, and a community of Fishanistas.
